Hey Reader, I sometimes get asked, "Can yoga really fix my knee pain?" The answer is a resounding YES, yoga can definitely help to relieve knee pain. Yoga may not make your knee pain totally go away on its own (although in some cases it can), but yoga can help a lot! I had knee pain for years until I stopped ignoring it, and focused on both strengthening and stretching the muscles supporting my knees. And now I have almost zero knee pain! But, there are some dos and don'ts. If you have joint pain, you probably know by now that there are three must-do things:
